By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using Foody, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, registered users, restaurants, delivery partners, and other persons who access or use the platform.

Additional terms may apply to particular features, promotions, payment methods, or services. Where applicable, those additional terms will form part of these Terms.

Foody is a food ordering and delivery platform designed to make it easier for customers, particularly university and campus students, to discover restaurants, browse menus, place orders, and receive food.

Foody may act as a technology platform connecting customers with participating restaurants and delivery personnel. The preparation, quality, packaging, and availability of food are primarily the responsibility of the relevant restaurant.

Foody may add, remove, suspend, or modify features of the platform at any time.

You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into an agreement when using Foody.

If you are using Foody on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Foody may restrict or terminate access where it reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms or applicable law.

Certain Foody features may require you to sign in or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information associated with your account.

You must not knowingly provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information or use another person's account without authorization.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account and should take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials and session.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact Foody as soon as reasonably possible.

When you place an order through Foody, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected items from the relevant restaurant.

An order may be subject to restaurant acceptance, availability of menu items, operating hours, delivery availability, and other operational conditions.

Menu images, descriptions, prices, preparation times, and availability may occasionally contain errors or change without prior notice. Foody may correct inaccurate information when identified.

If an ordered item is unavailable, the restaurant or Foody may contact you or take appropriate action depending on the circumstances.

Foody does not guarantee that every restaurant, menu item, or delivery slot will always be available.

Foody will make reasonable efforts to facilitate delivery of accepted orders to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to restaurant preparation, traffic, weather, high demand, inaccurate addresses, customer unavailability, or other circumstances beyond Foody's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and being reasonably available to receive their order.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer provides an incorrect address, is unavailable, or otherwise prevents delivery, additional charges or cancellation may apply where permitted.

Prices displayed on Foody may include food prices, applicable delivery charges, platform fees, taxes, or other applicable charges. The final amount payable will be shown before the order is submitted where reasonably possible.

Prices may change based on restaurant pricing, promotions, availability, or other operational factors. Changes generally do not affect an order that has already been accepted unless otherwise required.

Where online payments are supported, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Foody does not store sensitive payment credentials such as card PINs or banking passwords.

Cash-on-delivery orders must be paid according to the payment instructions displayed at checkout.

Promotional offers may have separate eligibility requirements, expiry dates, usage limits, or other restrictions.

Order cancellation may be available before certain stages of preparation or fulfillment. Once a restaurant has started preparing an order, cancellation may no longer be possible or may be subject to applicable charges.

If Foody or a restaurant cancels an accepted order, any applicable refund will be handled according to the payment method and circumstances of the cancellation.

Refund eligibility may depend on factors such as order status, payment status, item availability, cancellation reason, and applicable policies.

Where a refund is approved for an online payment, the processing time may depend on the payment provider and the customer's bank.

If you receive an incorrect, missing, damaged, or otherwise problematic order, you should contact Foody promptly with relevant order details so that the issue can be reviewed.

Restaurants are responsible for the preparation, quality, ingredients, packaging, hygiene, availability, and accuracy of food items listed on their menus, subject to applicable law and their agreement with Foody.

Restaurant information displayed on Foody may be provided or maintained by the relevant restaurant and may change from time to time.

Foody may take reasonable action against restaurants that repeatedly violate platform requirements, provide misleading information, or otherwise breach their obligations.

Foody provides its platform and related services on an "as available" and "as reasonably provided" basis. While we aim to maintain a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at every time or location.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Foody will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the platform.

Foody is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including network failures, payment provider outages, severe weather, traffic conditions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Foody may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, legal requirements, or security measures.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Foody after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
